The U12 Warriors defeated an Ashville team that had previously defeated the Warriors 7-4 tonight at Maddox Field to win the Coosa League Tournament Championship.The Ashville squad scored an "on goal" early in the game and the Warriors followed with 5 goals from Karter Flowers and 2 from Nathan Crawford. Dathen Curp had 8 huge saves for the Warriors and Brody Jones had 3. "I was so proud of the boys tonight as they were determined not to lose". The Warriors include: Ryder Megois, Grant Vice, Caleb Taylor, Noah Gallman, Radley Mays, Layton Crawford, Musa Enver, Jackson Camp, Dathen Curp, Karter Flowers, Caleb Parrish, and Brody Jones. Coach Randy Vice and Tony Megois coach the Warriors this Fall. The Warriors are planning on possibly moving to D3 Status in the Spring and field a squad in the Rec. Division as well.
